I recently purchased the stage 1 4inch lift for my 05 Rubicon. flex is great when runnin' good 3 & 4 trails w/ 33" tires.

the ride quality is very good as far as i'm concerned. but for 50 dollars new bushings can be bought. one problem i have are the lower control arm bushings wearing out after doing a lot of flexing in the front. I purchased my 4" pro comp suspension lift 1 month after buying my 04' rubicon may of 2004. This is a great kit installed just a b#$*h to INSTALL.

Autozone caries a better pitmen arm remover for about $16 bucks, (the brand is of the puller is - OEM) just loosen slowly and use a penetrating lubricant to help ease it off. Oh, and a tip- the pitmen are is a pain to remove, i broke a rented remover from kragen. Give yourself plenty of time and brakes to relax from the frustraition. It took 8 hours labor and 14 hours deciphering the encripted instuctions to install. It also took some time to figure out what part was what cause the labels did not match anything from the instructions. There were holes that should have been there and weren't and brakets that had to be shaved and so on. The instructions are absalute crap!!!! Nothing is marked and even in one section when your working on the front control arm it says to use the rear control arm for the front. First off the kit rides and handles very well for a lifted short wheel base truck, the m圆 shocks are great and are fun to tune to your preferance. I personally installed this kit myself with the physical help of my brother. Pro Comp stage 2 with boxed lower arms and m圆 shocks

Over all I am happy with my install job, rides good on the trails and looks great. I was not able to get the factory rear track bar even with the relocation mount. Time wise it took forever, also I highly recommend getting adjustable upper control arms, and a rear track bar. However if you're like me, and this is the largest most complicated install you have done, let a pro do it. Yes, if your mechanical and have worked on cars before, you can do this install with some help from friends.

Given this Jeep is a daily driver 95% of the time, I would not recommend. Lots of issues, heading back to the shop on Monday to reconsider and try a Skyjacker Softride kit with a 2 1/2 inch lift with Hydra can only get better from here. What a huge dissapointment in the harshness of the ride, not to mention the front-end shake (death wobble) that starts around 55 mph. I recently had a nationally known shop install a Stage 1 4 inch lift with ES3000 shocks on my 2004 Wrangler. Worth the money for medium wheeling and good looks. Many many hours of confusion but worth it in the end. Missing lables, blury pictures, and you have to have a solid general knowlege of cars to do install. Very pleased with quality but whoever wrote the instructions was born from chickens. Their customer service in non existant and wont respond to anything. Now i am looking to throw away an $1800 lift after 1 year, so you may want something now but please take my advice and save for a better kit. These kits are a mid level lift and the price got me. So thats how it looks and sounds as for how it rides, have you ever ridden in a tank? Buy this kit and you can say that you have. Creaks from everywhere possible and no way to fix it.

If you could dip your entire jeep in grease you should as this thing is noisy. Looks like i have a 5 inch lift int he front and 2 in the back. These kits eliminate the front rake on the jeep (which i like) but with the sagging it doesnt look level like it should. After 1 year and only 1 mud hole later.rear end sags and looks like there is no lift at all in the back. I have the stage 2 kit with MX6 shocks on my 08 Rubicon. This review is the subjective opinion of a JeepReviews user and not of. is it really the suspension making it wobble or could it possibly be something else? what do u propose we should do? noone can seem to fix it and the guy we got it from doesnt have the original suspension for it. its been in the shop for a year cuz everytime we drive the thing it has the nastiest death wobble iv ever seen. Hey! my husband bought a 2007 jeep wrangler from someone and it came with a pro comp 4 inch suspension lift.
